At Need Payment Solutions

Investors Heritage Life is proud to offer an at-need payment process for funeral homes. Our at-need funding program, At Need Payment Solutions (ANPS) allows funeral homes to accept any valid policy with the certainty that it will be paid and will be paid quickly. ANPS will locate the insurance company; verify the policy status and value. Payment for valid life insurance assignments is made to the funeral home by Investors Heritage within 24 48 hours of policy verification.

  • Simply complete a short Enrollment Form, Request for Electronic Banking and a W-9.
  • Fax these documents toll-free to ANPS.
  • Service available on an as-needed basis with no recurring costs or obligations.
 

SIMPLE 5 STEP PROCESS

  • Fax verification request to ANPS.
  • Upon verification, ANPS faxes assignment and claim forms to the funeral home.
  • Complete required forms and fax to ANPS.
  • ANPS electronically transfers the benefit amount, minus the 4% processing fee, to the funeral home, usually within 24-48 hours.
  • Complete the claim process by mailing the original assignment form, claim form and certified death certificate to ANPS in the provided postage-paid envelope.

LOW FEE

  • Many insurance companies can take 30-60 days to process claims and will only do so after receiving appropriate paperwork and death certificate.

  • ANPS locates insurance company. Free your personnel from arduous task of locating insurance companies that may have been sold or merged.
  • ANPS validates the policy and provides you the verification results as soon as they are available policy status, benefit amount, previous policy assignments, etc.
  • ANPS files the claim.
  • ANPS waits for payment from the insurance company.
